The U.S. Energy Information Administration reports that residential electricity costs have been on the rise over the last several years in Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Wyoming and most other states.

Due to health issues, Suzanne Wood is often unable to leave her home. But thanks to affordable electricity, she maintains her connection to the world around her. “The Internet is my window to the outside world – it’s my main source of news and means of communication with my family living in Maine,” Suzanne said. 

When a lack of common sense has a real impact on the precious dollars and cents of electricity consumers, it's time to take a stand. That's why we're calling on Keep Electricity Affordable supporters to send a strong message to the Environmental Protection Agency: Enough is enough. Together we can make sure that consumers' voices are heard.
